In this position, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, managing their reservations and ensuring their stay is nothing short of extraordinary.



Key Responsibilities

  • Handle room reservations through various channels, including in-person, online, and phone inquiries, while addressing guests' needs regarding room availability, amenities, pricing, special requests, and loyalty programs.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and care.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping to guarantee that accommodations are prepared for incoming guests.

Account Management:
Maintain precise records of all guest account details.

  • Welcome guests, facilitate check-ins and check-outs, distribute room keys, and securely process payment information.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated customer service aptitude, along with strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and reservation management software.
  • Ability to handle phone communications and manage high-pressure situations effectively.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent educational background.
  • Preferred experience of at least one year in the hospitality sector or a related field.
