- Collaborate with various departments to pinpoint technology requirements and devise solutions that enhance operational efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline; Master's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT management, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft software stack, including ERP and CRM systems, with extensive experience across leading business software platforms.
- Experience in directing technology projects, including ERP and other business systems.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and execution of IT initiatives.
- Comprehensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and best practices.
- Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proficient in budgeting and resource management.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in the food sector or a comparable fast-paced environment is advantageous.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, PMP) are highly regarded.
