FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE - Construction Staffing Solutions

Great Lakes Skilled Trades is seeking a dedicated Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. We pride ourselves on being a leading provider of skilled trades staffing solutions, focusing on the development of talent, craftsmanship, and safety within our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with existing and prospective clients at their job sites, performing thorough evaluations of their staffing needs.
  • Conduct outreach through cold calling and networking to generate new business opportunities.
  • Act as the primary liaison for clients within your designated territory, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance worker retention strategies and uphold safety standards.
  • Participate in financial forecasting and establish specific targets and objectives for your territory.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving results.
  • Ability to make over 100 field and outbound contacts weekly.
  • Proficient in assessing client requirements for staffing solutions.
  • A proactive approach to learning and thriving in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with software tools such as Gmail, Excel, and CRM systems.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships within the industry to enhance customer service and generate leads.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and resilient in increasing sales within your territory.

Educational Background:

  • Preferred: Bachelor's or associate degree, though not mandatory.
  • Required: Minimum of 1 year of sales experience.
  • Experience in staffing, construction, or industrial sales is advantageous.
