Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Inside Sales Representative to join our team at National Trench Safety. As an ISR III, you will be responsible for supporting the sales and operations of our branches by responding to customer inquiries and resolving customer complaints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct the flow of deliveries and pickups, and perform supporting administrative duties.
- Communicate delivery capabilities and expectations to customers and branches.
- Predict, manage, and escalate order fulfillment drawbacks or complications.
- Manage the dispatch of vehicles to maximize the efficiency of order fulfillment.
- Respond to all customer inquiries, orders, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Generate sales operations documents, including invoicing, contracts, pick lists, and returns.
- Maintain communication with drivers to expedite deliveries.
- Guide and assist in resolving customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide data and backup data to customers and branches as requested.
- Follow up with customers, branches, and shop/yard operations on open and unresolved customer issues.
- Report on out-of-line conditions affecting customer satisfaction.
- May take after-hours calls and document complaints for resolution.
- Assist in inventory and cycle counts.
- Direct and prioritize logistics of deliveries and pickups, and related sales support duties.
- May open and/or close operations facilities in some branches.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience working as an Inside Sales Representative or on a sales desk, preferably in the construction equipment industry.
- Valid driver's license.
