Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Professional to join our team at Caliber Paving Company. This role is crucial for developing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders in the paving industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with GC development firms, property management professionals, and HOA leaders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market.
  • Effectively manage the sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Project execution attention to detail
  • Understanding of the asphalt paving business
  • Strong business sense
  • Successful experience as a sales representative, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence, credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Committed to continuous self-development and education through workshops, seminars, and conferences
  • Developed client base is a plus
  • 2+ years paving industry experience
