Role Description
The Customer Success Coordinator role at Apryse involves supporting and nurturing customer relationships with a focus on product adoption, satisfaction, and retention. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for career growth into a Customer Success Manager or Team Lead role in the future. Key responsibilities include assisting in building and maintaining customer relationships, providing basic technical and product support, helping navigate the contract renewal process, and promoting the value of our product by understanding customer needs and aligning them with company solutions when appropriate. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and has a strong desire to grow their career within our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in building and maintaining customer relationships, focusing on product adoption, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Provide basic technical and product support to help customers maximize value, including managing escalations when necessary.
  • Help navigate the contract renewal process and keep stakeholders informed on status updates.
  • Promote the value of the product by understanding customer needs and aligning them with company solutions when appropriate.
