Customer Solutions Coordinator Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Solutions Coordinator to join our team at RemX. In this role, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those requirements.

The estimated salary for this role is $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role:

  • Act as a single point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Work closely with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capture these leads.
  • Manage customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any customer issues or concerns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
