The responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining customer relationships by promoting the value of our products and understanding customer needs.
  • Providing basic technical and product support to customers, managing escalations when necessary, and helping them maximize the value of our solutions.
  • Navigating the contract renewal process and keeping stakeholders informed about status updates.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A strong organizational ability and attention to detail, with experience in managing data and tracking progress effectively.
  • A proven ability to communicate clearly, build positive relationships, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in changing situations and ensure customer success.

This role comes with a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
