Customer Success Specialist

This Customer Success Specialist role requires a dedicated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for providing customer service, sales support, and identifying new business opportunities to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Main Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for current customers, establish customer relationships, and provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Sales Support: Provide sales support to ensure timely completion of sales transactions, including preparing and submitting applications and policy changes.
Able to obtain a Property and Casualty License and a Life/Health License, the salary range for this position is $35,300 - $39,600 per year, with an average first-year income of $43,400-$54,800.
