About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Hyatt Centric SouthPark Charlotte. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to navigate computer programs with ease. They will also have a proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner and be comfortable working in a fun and dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage leads, verify date availability, and distribute events/meetings information to the sales team.
  • Coordinate company parties, appointments, and travel arrangements, as well as purchase office equipment when necessary.
  • Act as a point of contact for complaints or questions from customers and respond promptly.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or GED is required, with some college experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proven track record of completing projects on time and in an orderly manner.
