Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Patient Success Coordinator to join our team at REM Health Medical Group, P.A. As a key member of our telehealth support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our patients undergoing hormone replacement therapy, weight loss, sexual health, and general wellness treatments.

About the Role:

  • Provide timely and effective responses to patient inquiries via portal messages, emails, and phone calls.
  • Address and resolve recurring payment issues, handle customer complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate strengths in partnership with physicians and providers to complete medical-specific service requests in a timely manner.
  • Utilize internal systems for record keeping, tracking all customer service requests, response times, interactions, and notes in the CRM.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to patient inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and care coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, including notes and follow-up actions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, patient advocacy).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHRs) is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $50,000 - $60,000, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
