Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Auto Claims Trainee. In this role, you'll assist in investigating, evaluating, and resolving claims related to auto damage. You'll work closely with our experienced claims team to develop your skills and knowledge, and you'll have the opportunity to progress to a full-time claims representative position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in investigating and evaluating claims related to auto damage
  • Communicate with customers and other stakeholders to resolve claims in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Work closely with the claims team to develop skills and knowledge
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy
  • Intermediate keyboard skills and Windows proficiency
