We are seeking a highly skilled Property Claims Manager to join our team at American Family Insurance Claims Services (AFICS, Inc.). As a Property Claims Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of claims adjusters and providing leadership direction to achieve desired company results.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of claims adjusters and provide guidance on complex claims
- Develop and implement departmental plans, objectives, and strategies
- Ensure compliance with Unfair Claims Practices Acts and company policies
- Communicate with customers, insurance departments, and other agencies
- Participate in management team meetings and contribute to division or department leadership
- 3+ years of property claims handling experience
- Xactimate proficiency required
- Property claims leadership experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- State-specific property casualty claims licensing as required
