We are in search of a dynamic and proactive sales professional who possesses excellent communication abilities, a robust work ethic, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced acute care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute a strategic sales plan to meet growth targets within the designated territory, leveraging existing marketing leads and prospect lists.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with current key accounts while cultivating new partnerships by engaging with healthcare professionals, procurement teams, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update records in the company CRM, ensuring comprehensive documentation of all customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with independent sales teams to focus on the Acute and Ambulatory Surgery Center market.
  • Work alongside distributor sales representatives to enhance sales growth.
  • Generate monthly sales reports that highlight sales volume, potential opportunities, and strategies for client expansion.
  • Monitor competitor activities and product offerings to identify market opportunities and maintain competitiveness.
  • Demonstrate expertise in closing complex sales, showcasing a thorough understanding of AliMed products, services, and their value propositions to align with customer needs.
  • Effectively prioritize tasks, establish clear deadlines, and ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven sales experience within Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Contracting in the Acute Care sector.
  • Proficiency in data analysis for trend identification.
  • Expertise in strategic and product-based sales methodologies.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform essential job functions in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative benchmarks.
  • Regular and punctual attendance is required.
  • Must be capable of lifting and carrying over 10 lbs.
  • Clear communication skills are necessary for effective interaction.
  • This position requires travel up to 75% of the time.
