Regional Account Manager Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Account Manager to join our team at Hornblower Cruises and Events. As a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed annual revenue goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities
  • Utilize effective sales techniques and communication skills to close deals and drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Analytical skills, with the ability to identify and exploit selling opportunities
