As a Business Development Manager - Medical Industry, you will be responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with all levels of customer management, identifying new business opportunities, and deploying global account strategy in conjunction with Management to achieve business aims and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and strengthen relationships with all levels of customer management
  • Identify new business opportunities and deploy global account strategy
  • Manage existing customers and ensure the best business practices are applied to benefit our customers
  • Develop business plans to identify opportunities for growth in the North America region
  • Be familiar with the local market, customers, and opportunities
  • Develop a professional network to help identify and pursue opportunities
  • Target customers, develop relationships, assess opportunities, and win new business
  • Help to define and support SVA improvement actions defined and committed by the operations/account teams
  • Work with Quote teams to coordinate quotation activity on new business opportunities

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of CM/EMS industry with background in Manufacturing and understanding of global Supply Chains
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Experience working with vast remote cross-functional teams in large matrix organizations
  • Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize, multitask, and organize
