Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce CRM Specialist to enhance our operations at Calpion/Plutus Health. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in leveraging the capabilities of our Salesforce platform. Responsibilities will include user account management, database maintenance, and providing training to our team on Salesforce functionalities.

As part of a dedicated IT team, you will ensure that our organization effectively utilizes Salesforce tools to maximize productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configuration, implementation, and ongoing support of Salesforce CRM.
  • Proficient in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities.
  • Manage user accounts, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Develop validation rules, workflows, and approval processes for streamlined lead management.
  • Provide day-to-day production support while collaborating with business users for requirement gathering.
  • Experience with service cloud features such as Omni Channel and Live Agent.
  • Assist end users with inquiries and support needs.
  • Engage with clients regularly to collect requirements.
  • Create custom applications, fields, profiles, roles, and manage sharing rules and validation processes.
  • Design and implement email templates.
  • Utilize Data Loader & Import Wizard for data management.
  • Generate and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to monitor key sales metrics.
  • Ensure data quality through effective cleansing and validation practices.
  • Manage integrations with third-party applications.
  • Stay informed on the latest Salesforce features and industry best practices.

Mandatory Skills:

  • At least three years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and automation.
  • Strong grasp of Salesforce security and data management principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus.

Desired Qualifications:

Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred.
