Position Overview:
The CRM Systems Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the deployment, enhancement, and upkeep of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, specifically Salesforce, to empower our sales teams and foster business development. This position involves close collaboration with Sales leadership, IT departments, and external partners to ensure effective implementation and utilization of sales technology tools and platforms.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the setup and configuration of sales technology solutions, including CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and automation platforms.
  • Manage CRM administrative tasks such as customer support, user management, data oversight, reporting, and dashboard creation.
  • Work alongside IT teams and vendors to facilitate the successful deployment and integration of sales technology tools.
  • Analyze sales data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that can guide sales strategies and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to enhance the configuration and customization of sales technology solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate sales processes through technological solutions.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and automation initiatives.
  • Participate in projects and assignments as part of a larger team.
  • Conduct thorough analyses, perform research, and derive meaningful conclusions regarding potential impacts on job functions.
  • Apply functional, process, and technical knowledge to address business challenges effectively.
  • Coordinate various elements in assigned areas to support supply chain operations.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
