  • Maintain comprehensive testing documentation, including test cases, scripts, and reports.
  • Provide mentorship and training to QA team members to enhance their professional development.
  • Stay informed about Salesforce best practices, industry trends, and emerging QA technologies.
  • Continuously refine QA processes and methodologies to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, particularly with Salesforce applications.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce platform fundamentals, including configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing test plans, cases, and scripts for Salesforce applications.
  • Familiarity with test automation tools such as Selenium, Salesforce DX, or equivalent.
  • Salesforce certifications like Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Certified Developer are advantageous.
