Salesforce Administrator

The Salesforce Administrator is a key member of our team at Daltile, responsible for supporting the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of our CRM systems to drive business growth and empower our sales teams.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the implementation and configuration of sales technology solutions, including CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and sales automation platforms.
- Responsible for CRM administrative functions, including customer support, user management, data management, reports, and dashboards.
- Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to ensure the successful deployment and integration of sales technology tools.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform sales strategy and decision-making.
- Work with IT teams and vendors to optimize the configuration and customization of sales technology solutions.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate sales processes through the use of technology.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Work on projects and assignments as part of a large work team.
- Perform accurate analyses, conduct research, and draw meaningful conclusions about potential job/work-area impacts.
- Effectively apply functional, process, and procedural or technical knowledge to address business challenges.
- Conduct analysis, integration, and coordination of various elements in assigned areas of supporting supply chain.
- Perform other duties as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 2-4 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of technical, process, and business principles as well as industry practices and standards.
- Highly analytical.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite products, and Salesforce.
