- Relevant Experience: 2-4 years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- CRM Experience: Experience in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Strong Knowledge of Technical Principles: Demonstrates strong knowledge of technical, process, and business principles as well as industry practices and standards.
- Highly Analytical: Highly analytical.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
- Able to Multitask: Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High Level of Integrity: High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products, and Salesforce.
