The Salesforce CPQ Solutions Analyst will play a crucial role in collaborating with clients and stakeholders to identify and articulate business needs. This position involves crafting user stories and designing optimized process flows to enhance Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients and end-users to collect, comprehend, and specify business requirements.
  • Create user stories and develop future-state process flows to guide the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to devise solutions that align with client requirements and user stories.
  • Configure user stories within Salesforce and related cloud technologies, working closely with developers to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Participate in essential client meetings, including requirement gathering sessions, system demonstrations, user acceptance testing, and training for end-users.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience utilizing Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms to create business solutions.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ, with practical implementation experience on at least 1-2 projects.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring Salesforce or similar CRM systems, including workflows.
  • Ability to gather and define business requirements through collaboration with clients and end-users.
  • Salesforce certification is advantageous.
  • In-depth knowledge of automation tools such as Workflow, Process Builder, and Flows is essential.
  • Evaluate and integrate new technologies into existing frameworks and solutions as needed.
  • Mentor and collaborate with team members and colleagues.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud is preferred.
  • Participate in critical client meetings, including requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end-user training.
  • Basic coding skills are a plus but not mandatory. Must demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver them punctually.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey information at all organizational levels.
  • Capable of translating business requirements into actionable technical deliverables.
  • Strong experience with data management tools and excellent documentation, prioritization, and training abilities.
