Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Manage and maintain a client database, ensuring strong relationships and a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at local and regional events, including trade shows, to build brand awareness and generate new leads.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of contacts and prospects, identifying new business opportunities and converting leads into sales.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Provide clear and accurate pre-testing, scoping of services, and job estimates to clients.
  • Monitor and follow up on assigned or scheduled jobs to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Participate in internal sales meetings to ensure revenue goals are on target.
  • Develop and implement business development plans to meet and exceed planned revenue and activity goals.
  • Organize events and execute on set business development goals.
  • Perform comparative analyses of revenue, collection, and activities metrics against established goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; college degree or some coursework preferred.
  • One to two years of direct sales experience.
  • Familiarity with construction, reconstruction, restoration, and related services.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screen.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
