Position Overview: The Administrative Assistant II at the Dean's Office - Engineering plays a crucial role in facilitating the smooth operation of the unit.

  • Provides essential administrative assistance to support daily operations.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for office communications.
  • Manages incoming inquiries through various channels, including phone and email.
  • Responsible for data management, file organization, and drafting official correspondence.

Core Responsibilities: Collaborate with key personnel in the Engineering sector, ensure efficient office organization, and maintain effective communication with diverse stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications: A high school diploma or GED along with a minimum of two years of relevant administrative experience, or an associate's degree.

Required Skills: Excellent communication abilities, proficient data entry skills, strong organizational capabilities, and a solid understanding of the MS Office Suite.

Desirable Qualifications: Familiarity with university operational software and an understanding of financial procedures.
