Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Director of Operations to join our team at Allure Lifestyle Communities. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing a regional portfolio of active adult, independent living, and multifamily assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a regional portfolio of properties, focusing on resident engagement, sales and marketing, and ensuring high occupancy and stable operating costs.
  • Direct and oversee all aspects of property operations, sales and marketing, and food and beverage.
  • Develop and implement operating systems, procedures, and processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Oversee sales and marketing efforts at each property and help facilitate outreach marketing, branding, and sales initiatives.
  • Hire, train, and manage Property Managers and other on-site personnel.
  • Inspect assigned properties to identify deficiencies and implement corrective actions.
  • Implement and oversee budgets and business plans with property operations staff.
  • Active involvement in oversight of community renovations programs.
  • Oversee tenant support processes and establish methods to enhance tenant satisfaction.
  • Perform regular property visits to ensure alignment with company standards and applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree highly preferred with a minimum of 7+ years of senior living/multifamily real estate, hospitality operations/property management experience.
  • Independent or Assisted Living experience highly desired.
  • Strong, positive, motivational leadership skills required.
  • Ability to drive best practices, procedures day one based on prior experience.
  • Strong project management skills, with a 'hands on' approach.
  • Demonstrated conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong sense of urgency in completing all tasks while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Ability to understand the financial aspects of running a portfolio.
  • Active approach to management.
  • Experience in sales and marketing strongly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic.
