About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Dining Room Experience Manager to join our team at Dig Inn. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example and embody the spirit of customer obsession, providing personalized service to every guest
  • Manage the front-of-house team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service standards
  • Drive sales through effective at-register and table-side interactions, with a focus on upselling and promoting our menu offerings
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and nutritional information
  • Ensure the dining room is clean, organized, and welcoming, with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and minimize wait times
  • Participate in special events, marketing initiatives, and training programs to enhance the guest experience and drive business growth
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in a front-of-house or customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on multitasking and prioritizing multiple responsibilities
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
