About the Role:

Dig Inn is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dining Room Manager to lead our front-of-house team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization, and building strong relationships with guests, team members, and the local community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by Example: Be the face of hospitality for the restaurant, setting the tone for exceptional customer experiences and leading by example.
  • Drive Sales: Lead the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued, and drive sales through at-register interactions and table-side conversations.
  • Menu Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the menu, products, and restaurant details to provide expert recommendations and answer guest questions.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to achieve their best, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and organization are maintained.
  • Guest Relationships: Build strong relationships with guests, team members, and the local community to create a loyal following and drive business growth.
  • Special Events: Participate in special events, marketing, and training initiatives to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
