We are currently in search of a roving Property Management Assistant Supervisor to support various apartment communities in the Nashville, TN area.

Compensation and Benefits:

In addition to the hourly wage, a sign-on bonus of $1,500 (minus taxes) will be provided upon hiring. This includes $750 after 30 days of employment and an additional $750 after 6 months of employment. This position is also eligible for a $1,000 bonus (minus taxes) upon providing proof of COVID-19 vaccination.

Position Summary:

As a roving Property Management Assistant Supervisor, you will support the Community Manager and/or Multi-Site Manager with the daily operations of the assigned site(s) as needed. Responsibilities may vary based on the location, size, and type of property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain stable occupancy levels and achieve budgetary financial objectives.
  • Foster strong resident relations and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Assist the Community Manager in training, directing, and motivating site personnel.
  • Establish positive relationships within the community.
  • Be available on-call as scheduled by management.

Qualifications:

  • 1 - 2 years of prior experience in property management is preferred.
  • Experience with Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate properties is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Yardi software is preferred.
  • Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends as necessary.
  • Dominium requires all front-line employees to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or undergo regular COVID-19 testing.
