Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming Residents and Guests: Greet residents, guests, and visitors at the front desk with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls and address inquiries from individuals entering the lobby, providing information and assistance in line with established policies.
  • Monitoring Activities: Oversee lobby activities and coordinate with on-site personnel to meet the needs of residents and guests, utilizing the Active Building system for communication.
  • Maintaining Standards: Ensure the front desk area, lobby, and main elevators are organized and clean, summoning maintenance staff as necessary.
  • Documentation: Accurately record any issues or relevant information during shifts, and ensure effective communication with team members for smooth transitions.
  • Resident Information Management: Use Active Building to track resident information, including package logs and amenity reservations.
  • Incident Reporting: Document disturbances and evaluate situations, contacting appropriate authorities when necessary.
  • Surveillance Monitoring: Regularly observe building activity through security cameras and report any suspicious behavior.
  • Complaint Management: Address resident complaints and non-compliance issues professionally, documenting incidents as needed.
  • Emergency Procedures: Understand and implement emergency protocols, coordinating communication with residents and emergency personnel during incidents.
  • Delivery Coordination: Manage deliveries to and from units, ensuring proper documentation and notification to residents.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in hospitality or property management, preferably in an upscale environment.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in both oral and written forms.
  • Familiarity with governing documents, rules, and procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact professionally with a diverse group of residents and guests.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment with changing priorities.
