Key Responsibilities


• Manage daily financial activities, including the collection and posting of rents and fees, preparing bank deposits, and generating financial reports. Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.


• Oversee the processing of vendor invoices, ensuring that all services rendered are verified and approved before payment. Maintain clear communication with vendors and the accounting department to facilitate timely processing.


• Conduct thorough reviews of resident accounts to identify outstanding balances and implement effective collection procedures while adhering to lease agreements.


• Follow established protocols for eviction processes, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and representing the property in necessary proceedings.


• Facilitate resident move-out procedures by reviewing lease agreements and applying relevant fees, ensuring compliance with established policies.


• Enhance resident satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly, fostering a positive living environment.


• Act as the primary point of contact in the absence of the Community Manager, overseeing daily operations and coordinating maintenance tasks.


• Support client relationships by providing updates on property performance and addressing owner inquiries.


• Assist in leasing and marketing initiatives, engaging with prospective residents and guiding them through the application process.


• Prepare various financial and administrative reports as required, contributing to the overall efficiency of community operations.


• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality, meeting the physical demands of the role while adhering to company policies.

Work Schedule

Qualifications

Candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent, along with a minimum of two years of experience in property management or a related field. Strong computer skills, particularly in property management software, are essential for success in this role.
