Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Account Development Specialist to join our team at Phusion Projects. As a Sales and Account Development Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key accounts to drive sales growth and increase brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including distributors and retailers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and execution of sales and promotional programs
  • Manage budgets and ensure fiscal responsibility
  • Ensure proper merchandising standards are executed in the market
  • Attend promotional events to generate new sales leads
  • Educate external partners on product updates, changes, and launches
  • Act as the face of the company at all times
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or 1-3 years related experience and/or training
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
