Key Responsibilities- Act as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to solve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and sales pipelines.
- Analyze customer accounts to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Present and promote our products and services to existing customers effectively.
- Assist in preparing and delivering sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals.
- Initiate and close sales calls with customers under sales management or senior team member guidance.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance and account status.
- Participate in meetings with the sales team, marketing, and product/service development teams to align strategies and offerings.
- Undergraduate degree in business, sales, marketing, or related curriculum (or equivalent combination of experience and education).
- 0 to 2 years of experience dealing directly with customers, working in a sales support role, or related experience.
- Certification and/or License – may be required during course of employment.
- Knowledge of sales techniques.
- Knowledge of and skill with Microsoft Office Suite and company computer systems.
- Able to establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
- Able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Able to organize time, energy, and resources effectively to achieve goals.
