Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to solve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and sales pipelines.
  • Analyze customer accounts to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Present and promote our products and services to existing customers effectively.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals.
  • Initiate and close sales calls with customers under sales management or senior team member guidance.
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance and account status.
  • Participate in meetings with the sales team, marketing, and product/service development teams to align strategies and offerings.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in business, sales, marketing, or related curriculum (or equivalent combination of experience and education).
  • 0 to 2 years of experience dealing directly with customers, working in a sales support role, or related experience.
  • Certification and/or License – may be required during course of employment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of sales techniques.
  • Knowledge of and skill with Microsoft Office Suite and company computer systems.
  • Able to establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
