We are seeking a Strategic Partner Manager to join our Monetization Product Collaborations team, focusing on enhancing business development for Organic and Commerce partners.
Organic and Commerce partners play a vital role in facilitating user engagement, expanding interactions, and driving growth on our platform.In this position, you will concentrate on nurturing existing partnerships while exploring new business opportunities centered around organic solutions that enable businesses to flourish on TikTok.
Your role will involve collaborating with partners across various sectors, including commerce, content management, local services, events, and travel.
As a Strategic Partner Manager, you will engage closely with internal teams such as product, strategy, legal, partner activation, and marketing to devise innovative methods for consumers to connect with the products and services they cherish.
In this role, you will:
- Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities that align with the Organic and Commerce sectors.
- Oversee core operations for business development initiatives, including strategic planning, performance metrics, ongoing reporting, and contract management, while proactively addressing business challenges.
- Promote the adoption of monetization product integrations and solutions.
- Manage complex integration projects with diverse partners.
- Discover opportunities to enhance existing solutions for a broader range of businesses and creators.
- Design intricate programs and integration pathways with strategic partners to facilitate TikTok advertising, discovery, commerce, and creator monetization at scale.
- Represent TikTok in external engagements with executives from partner organizations, demonstrating the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
Minimum qualifications:
- Proven experience in client-facing roles within partnerships and business development.
- Demonstrated success in managing and scaling growth initiatives in a fast-paced technical environment.
- Experience in developing complex integrations with third-party entities.

- You are a strategic thinker who enjoys executing plans and driving results.

- Experience working in international teams.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms, organic/social management, and local services.
- Familiarity with organic content and creator monetization is advantageous.
- Experience with native payment solutions and integrations is a plus.
