  2. Strategic Business Planning: Spearhead the creation and execution of global partnership strategies aimed at driving revenue growth and expanding market presence. Maintain regular communication of updates and insights to relevant team members and stakeholders.
  3. Long-term Strategy Formulation: Collaborate with teams to design and implement a comprehensive long-term strategy focused on optimizing outcomes with partners.
  4. Relationship Management: Oversee all facets of the relationship with each partner, including operational integration, reporting, content strategies, and ongoing performance evaluation. Engage in problem-solving to ensure seamless integration across all relevant areas and negotiate partnership agreements to maximize mutual benefit.
  5. Revenue Growth Initiatives: Lead the development of innovative revenue initiatives with partners, collaborating closely with growth and consulting teams to drive incremental revenue and enhance long-term customer satisfaction.
  6. Stakeholder Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts at partner organizations, as well as internal stakeholders across all levels, including sales, R&D, account management, consulting, and senior management.
  7. Performance Assessment: Establish transparency on partner performance metrics and provide informed recommendations to address any underperformance, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Offer strategic guidance and leadership to the partnerships team to achieve business goals.
  8. Advocacy and Conflict Resolution: Represent Firewood Marketing's interests to external partners and proactively seek to develop mutually beneficial solutions to any perceived issues, fostering a collaborative partnership environment.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the ad tech and mar tech landscape, with a proven track record of success in high-growth environments. Exceptional leadership skills, high emotional intelligence, and a keen attention to detail are essential. A passion for creating mutually beneficial business relationships and excellent communication skills are also crucial.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in digital marketing sales, strategy, and/or business development.
  • Undergraduate degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Multilingual proficiency is a plus.
  • Experience in mergers and acquisitions within the ad tech or marketing technology sectors is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated success in negotiating and closing high-value business deals.
  • Recognized authority in the ad tech or marketing technology space.
