Key Responsibilities
  • Build and nurture a portfolio of VIP customers, focusing on retention, enhanced service, and proactive communication
  • Regularly connect with VIP customers to identify opportunities to increase engagement and lifelong value
  • Develop and manage a structured rewards program in conjunction with Senior Leadership
  • Become a brand and product expert to expand trust and build relationships with customers
  • Provide detailed reports and recommendations on customer portfolios to Operations, Marketing, and Leadership
  • Help plan, attend, and host VIP customer events
  • Occasional travel to local or national conferences, events, and meetings
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in high-end customer service
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in high-end hospitality support
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships
  • Experience with conflict management and resolution
  • Attentive and strong multi-tasking capabilities
  • A team player with a focus on trust and integrity
  • Bachelor's Degree, ideally in business, sales, or marketing
  • Willingness to work non-traditional business hours
What We Offer
  • Anticipated annual salary range: $67k - $104k
