Sales Account Manager

About the Role:
The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts in the designated territory, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating leads, and providing excellent customer service on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops profitable and sustainable sales growth of all assigned accounts.
- Assigns goals to be met at specific time intervals.
- Identifies new business opportunities, initiating communication with decision makers.
- Develops and maintains effective relationships with clients.
- Conducts reviews on accounts on a regular basis to evaluate clients' needs to match with appropriate products and/or services.
- Conducts regular reviews of promotional activities to enhance and identify development potential.
- Ensures that clients know how to use the products and services and provides assistance as necessary.
- Develops plans and implements strategies for all assigned accounts.
- Manages day-to-day client communications and relationships.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree
- 2 years of related experience
- Travel (quarterly) required within territory for tradeshows and customer presentations
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Service orientation
- Persuasion
- Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication skills
- Account Management and Lead Generation skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Sales or business development experience
- Knowledge of telecom or network industry is a plus
- Time management
- Self-motivated
