Account Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at HVAC Distributors, Inc. in the Rochester New York Area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute annual Territory Plans in conjunction with the Regional Manager.
  • Establish and grow sales volume with current accounts, and maximize share of customers' equipment spend.
  • Ensure personal face-to-face contact and continuous improvement of rapport and productive relationships with decision-makers in all classes of customers and prospects in the assigned territory.
  • Manage the process to convert dealers to company equipment brands and ensure achievement of all related internal and external deliverables.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of Business Development & Account Management experience.
  • 3 years of sales experience selling to contractors would be beneficial.
