YOUR WORK SCHEDULE
This full-time managerial position operates Monday through Friday, with weekend work as necessary.

YOUR ROLE
As a Construction Project Manager at Ironworks Welding Inc., you will effectively oversee multiple oil and gas projects. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and leading a team, planning tasks, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently. You will also maintain schedules and budgets while managing communication with clients and subcontractors. Your duties encompass responding to service requests, calculating material needs, and supervising team members. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating your leadership capabilities in construction. REQUIREMENTS
- Valid driver's license
- Class A CDL (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of tank battery construction
- Proficient computer skills
- Exceptional leadership abilities to motivate team members
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in safety glasses, steel-toe boots, and ear protection
- Flexible availability

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Capable of lifting 50 pounds regularly from floor height
- Able to lift 75 pounds or more overhead occasionally
- Comfortable with exposure to loud noises, vibrations, and bright lights, as well as moving parts and rotating equipment.
