Successful candidates in this role are career-oriented, organized, and intensely focused, possessing a strong drive for success. They are adept at integrating diverse technologies into their daily routines to effectively manage intricate projects throughout the construction lifecycle, from initial sales to final completion. Comprehensive training is provided; however, candidates must exhibit a readiness to learn and adapt to the evolving landscape of the construction sector and the diverse needs of multiple markets.
- Minimum of 2 years in sales or 5 years in construction management
- Preferred educational background: Associate or Bachelor's degree in business, construction, or project management
- Ability to cultivate and sustain a robust sales pipeline to meet or exceed established sales targets
- Capability to enhance existing market share and maintain availability during construction-related hours
- Coordinate all stakeholders involved in the building project, including company personnel, subcontractors, and regulatory compliance
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office
- Minimal overnight travel required
- Must reside within a specified distance of the assigned territory within a stipulated timeframe
