Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field service operations, which may include overnight travel.
  • Utilize a Field Service Truck to perform on-site repairs and maintenance.
  • Be available for emergency repair situations outside of regular hours.
  • Complete service documentation, including reports and time cards, promptly.
  • Engage effectively with customers and management to ensure satisfaction.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot various diesel technology systems, including electrical and hydraulic components.
  • Perform comprehensive repairs and maintenance on construction machinery.
  • Make decisions that prioritize the best interests of customers and the company.
  • Work with minimal supervision while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: Two-year Associate Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in construction equipment repair is essential.
  • Ability to perform welding and use cutting tools.
  • Self-motivated and organized, with strong communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Must maintain a clean driving record and be able to obtain a CDL.
  • Residence within the surrounding area is required.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive pay scale ranging from $30.56/hr to $49.51/hr, with additional differentials. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
