We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager - Application Engineer to join our team at Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and technical knowledge to drive business growth in the industrial market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis and Strategy: Identify market trends, competitive issues, and opportunities in assigned territories, and develop business plans to capitalize on these findings.
- Sales and Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with key personnel to foster trust and influence sales opportunities. Maximize sales effectiveness through lead generation, market segment information sharing, and trade show attendance.
- Customer Service and Support: Expedite and effectively handle customer orders, complaints, and requests for information and data concerning market segments, products, and capabilities.
- Product Knowledge and Training: Acquire knowledge of users and distribution personnel to preserve existing business and enhance the introduction of new products. Establish and maintain effective records to enhance planning and follow-up activities.
- Competitive Intelligence: Collect and communicate information related to competitive manufacturers, products, sales personnel, practices, and major accounts.
- Education and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; Engineering degree preferred.
