About the Role

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing Residential sales in the San Jose, CA area territory. You will coordinate with and contribute to the overall branch and company efforts to profitably grow our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive demand and grow sales of all Simpson product lines in the defined marketplace.
  • Coach, train, and manage the professional development of the Dealer Sales Representative.
  • Develop and maintain key relationships with customers, as well as managing supply chain relationships with channel partners.
  • Promote Simpson Strong-Tie as an industry partner and potential employer.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of industry experience and/or training.
  • 2-3 years of management experience.
  • Technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM.
