  • Manage all aspects of customer relations from onboarding to ongoing support.

  • Represent the organization with the highest level of professionalism.
  • Align organizational strengths with client requirements through innovative solutions.

Qualifications for the position:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related disciplines.
  • Formal sales training is advantageous.
  • Three to five years of experience in regional or national sales roles.
  • Preferably experience in Logistics, Industrial Packaging, Transportation, or Pallet/Container sectors.
  • Strong capabilities in account management, sales oversight, and business-to-business sales.
  • Exceptional communication, creative problem-solving, and consultative selling skills.
  • Proficient in analytics, negotiation, and problem resolution.
  • Understanding of supply chain processes.
  • Advanced computer skills, particularly in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to support the Riverside/Southern California market.
  • Local candidates are preferred for the Riverside/Southern California area.

  • Ensure profitability while adhering to safety standards.
  • Prioritize customer retention and satisfaction.

  • Address customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.
  • Lead presentations and reporting activities.
  • Effectively manage Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
