**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team at LendSure Mortgage Corp. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic sales plans, and maintaining loan production from active accounts.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Develop and implement detailed strategic sales plans to grow business within assigned accounts or territory
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities, develop a pipeline of viable prospects, and effectively manage the pipeline with the account team
- Provide accurate forecasts, customer, competitive, and market intelligence to management and business leadership
- Stay up-to-date on LendSure Programs, content, and solutions to effectively communicate value to clients
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years of proven experience generating new business sales, preferably in a business-to-business environment
- Strong new business prospecting, selling, negotiating, and closing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to an executive-level audience
- Ability to effectively partner and collaborate across teams
