ROLE OVERVIEW

The Human Resources Coordinator will execute administrative functions and services to enhance the effective operations of the human resources department. This position requires in-office attendance at our corporate location.

KEY DUTIES
  • Maintain HR Documentation: Ensure the accurate and timely upkeep of human resource files and records.
  • Oversee Performance Evaluations: Manage the employee performance evaluation process, ensuring timely completion and maintaining records of evaluations.
  • Address Employee Inquiries: Serve as a contact point for employee questions and concerns, providing guidance and support while resolving issues confidentially.
  • Ensure Data Confidentiality: Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of HR files and records.
  • Conduct Audits: Perform regular audits of HR documentation to ensure compliance and completeness.
  • Assist with Payroll Functions: Support payroll activities, including processing and addressing employee inquiries.
  • Coordinate with Benefits Providers: Act as a liaison between the organization and external benefits vendors.
  • Facilitate New Employee Orientation: Conduct orientation sessions for new hires across various locations.
  • Plan Organizational Events: Assist in organizing events such as benefits enrollment and employee recognition activities.
  • Manage Performance Review Processes: Oversee the performance management system, including updates and training.
  • Provide Administrative Support: Offer clerical assistance to the HR department as required.
  • Perform Additional Duties: Undertake other responsibilities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Ability to learn payroll management and HRIS quickly.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

An associate degree in a relevant field is preferred, along with prior office experience.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be at least 21 years of age and successfully complete a background check and drug screening.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This role does not have supervisory duties.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position operates in a professional office setting, utilizing standard office equipment. Flexibility to assist in various departments is essential for both personal and company success.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Employees must be able to communicate effectively, sit for extended periods, and occasionally lift moderate weights. Regular attendance is crucial.

WORK SCHEDULE

Standard hours are Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime as needed.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Some local travel may be necessary during business hours.
