Position Overview

The Recruiter plays a vital role in ensuring the organization maintains optimal staffing levels by identifying and attracting the most suitable candidates while overseeing the complete recruitment process through to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fosters and develops relationships across the organization to stay informed about staffing requirements, encourage interdepartmental communication, and streamline the recruitment process.
  • Oversees the entire recruitment cycle to achieve staffing objectives across various levels within multiple business divisions. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending the most qualified candidates to hiring managers. Coordinates interview schedules and assists in formulating relevant interview questions.
  • Collaborates with hiring managers and interview panels to ensure job specifications and expectations are well understood, and candidates are evaluated against suitable criteria to enhance the hiring process.
  • Facilitates the pre-employment process for selected candidates, ensuring necessary pre-qualifiers or assessments are conducted promptly and satisfactorily.
  • Coordinates the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all HR documentation is completed and filed appropriately in a timely manner.
  • Handles the preparation and submission of documents related to internal employee job transitions.
  • Maintains a professional presence on industry-related social media platforms, acting as an ambassador for the company by promoting its culture, business, and employment opportunities.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related business field.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in full-cycle recruitment across all organizational levels.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and experience in passive candidate sourcing.
  • Strong decision-making and organizational abilities, capable of optimizing resources and managing multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with all organizational levels.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality regarding personal, compensation, and benefits information.
  • Experience with HR Information Systems and applicant tracking systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Adobe.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with third-party administrator or Taft Hartley environments.
  • Experience related to health and welfare benefits administration.
  • PHR certification.
