ROLE OVERVIEW

The Human Resources Coordinator will undertake administrative functions to enhance the operational efficiency of the human resources department. This role requires the candidate to work onsite at our corporate office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintain HR Documentation: Ensure the accurate upkeep of human resource files and records.
  • Oversee Performance Evaluations: Manage the performance review cycle, ensuring timely and precise completion.
  • Address Employee Inquiries: Serve as a resource for employee questions, providing necessary support and guidance.
  • Ensure Data Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of HR records.
  • Conduct Audits: Regularly audit HR files to ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
  • Support Payroll Activities: Assist with payroll processing and address employee payroll inquiries.
  • Act as Liaison: Facilitate communication between the organization and external benefits providers.
  • Conduct Orientation: Facilitate orientation sessions for new hires across various locations.
  • Plan Events: Assist in organizing company events such as employee recognition and benefits enrollment.
  • Manage Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process and provide updates on reviews.
  • Provide Administrative Support: Offer clerical assistance to the HR team as required.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and similar software.
  • Ability to learn HRIS and payroll management systems quickly.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Preferred: Associate degree in a relevant field

Prior experience in an office setting is advantageous.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be at least 21 years of age per state regulations.

Successful completion of a background check is mandatory.

Passing a drug screening is required.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position does not entail supervisory duties.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This role is situated in a professional office setting, utilizing standard office equipment. Flexibility to assist in various departments as needed is essential for success.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Employees must be able to communicate effectively, sit for extended periods, and occasionally lift moderate weights. Regular attendance is crucial.

WORK SCHEDULE

Standard hours are Monday through Friday, with potential overtime as necessary.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Local travel may be required during business hours.
