We are seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join our Human Resources team as an HR Assistant. This role is essential in supporting the HR department with various administrative functions, reporting, document management, recruitment initiatives, and project assistance.

This hybrid position primarily allows for remote work, but requires occasional presence in key markets to fulfill job responsibilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the talent acquisition process by monitoring job postings, managing LinkedIn communications, and tracking applicants.
  • Support the payroll process through document preparation and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Help prepare monthly reports and materials for staff meetings.
  • Manage applicant tracking and file organization.
  • Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Occasionally travel to the Bank's physical locations as needed.
  • Act as a liaison with both internal and external partners.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or support role is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and a quick adaptability to new technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain integrity and confidentiality in all matters.
