We are seeking dedicated, passionate, and hardworking individuals to join our Human Resources team as an HR Assistant. This role is pivotal in supporting the Human Resources department with various administrative tasks, including reporting, document management, recruitment assistance, and project support.

This hybrid position primarily allows for remote work, but candidates must be available to travel to key markets as needed to fulfill job responsibilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the talent acquisition process by monitoring job postings, managing LinkedIn communications, and tracking applicants.
  • Support the semi-monthly payroll process through document preparation and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the preparation of monthly reports and materials for staff meetings.
  • Manage applicant tracking and file organization.
  • Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Occasional travel to the Bank's physical locations may be required.
  • Act as a liaison with both internal and external partners.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or support role is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and a quick adaptability to new technologies are necessary.
  • Ability to maintain integrity and confidentiality in all matters.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to remain seated or standing for extended periods.
  • Frequent use of a computer, including typing and sustained attention to the monitor.
  • Occasional lifting of office materials or equipment weighing up to 20 lbs.
