Position Overview
We are looking for a committed and proactive HR Administrator to assist the Chief Culture Officer within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a friendly, positive demeanor, adept at navigating the fast-paced environment of an early-stage startup while ensuring consistency and accountability. As a vital part of a growing organization, the HR Administrator will be instrumental in managing the daily administrative tasks of the HR department. This role presents a unique opportunity to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative setting and gain exposure to a variety of HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee HR documentation, including employee files, contracts, and compliance forms.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, escalating issues to the Chief Culture Officer when necessary.
- Organize and coordinate interviews, meetings, and training sessions.
- Assist in developing and implementing an onboarding process to enhance the experience for new hires.
- Contribute to performance management and employee development initiatives, becoming a subject matter expert in HR and engagement technologies.
- Prepare executive presentations to support HR initiatives and communicate essential metrics.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to undertake additional HR projects and responsibilities as the organization expands.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR administrative role or a similar capacity.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 annually, complemented by a 10% bonus.
